Arsenic was developed and created by guitarist Tyler Gagliardi. When he was younger he was exposed to Arsenic and a variety of other chemicals. His general hatred for pollution and environmental disruption was a medium that fueled his creative process. In college he met musicians Jim Jagow and Dan Covey who both had a passion for extreme metal. In their quest to find the perfect musicians, and the help of Craigslist, they found bassist Dave Hamilton and vocalist Jared Pease. With countless influences, they have persevered through composition. Now finished with their album they are ready for anything.
Coming from the beating heart of Buffalo, New York's thriving arts district, The Bella Donna is a sextet Hardcore/Screamo band.
The group formed in the early winter of 2009 and the lineup consists of Greg the front man, Brian on guitar, Adam also on guitar, Jimmi on drums, and Ryan on bass. The bands devotion has got them on the stage with many notable bands in today scene. The guys have opened for such amazing bands as Silverstein, Haste the Day, AttackAttack!, Every Time I Die, and Suicide Silence just to name a few.
They have been able to steadily and consistently pull crowds to all the shows they play, helping Buffalo's music widen to the masses. The Bella Donna comes from many musical backgrounds and major influences that range from Silverstein to Asking Alexandria to even A Skylit Drive. The Bella Donna came out with their first EP in the Summer of 2009 titled "Choose Your Poison". Fall 2010 the guys decided to release their next EP "Wake Up Sleeping Beauty" before they set out to complete their first full length. "Wake Up Sleeping Beauty" is named after a slight lineup change in Summer 2010 signifying a new start to the bands saga. The band started writing immediately to show the fans that their here to stay even in a troubling time. The Bella Donna has their first tour set for early November covering the upper east coast. Be sure to stay tuned for The Bella Donna as they plan to tour extensively for the year 2011. Make sure you stay up to date for their first full length expected to release early 2011.
